After working in speakeasies and cocktail bars, Cyril developed a passion for flair. Spotted for his talent, energy and professionalism at an international flair competition in London, in 2018 he became an Instructor at the European Bartender School (EBS), where he has trained over 1,000 bartenders. Now co-founder of PropinoBarEvents, Cyril and his team bring your events to life on the Côte d'Azur! Cyril is sure to give your teams all the tips they need to become real pros behind the bar!

Thibault Souchon

An admirable track record in luxury F&B.

Thibault played a key role in the opening of the 2-Michelin-starred Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Seoul, before becoming F&B Director at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi in Vietnam.

This rich experience gained in Asia inspired Thibault to independently continue his F&B journey in Europe, where he launched his restaurant "Origines" in 2019. This highly acclaimed opening won the "Tremplin de l'année - top 5 best first openings by Chefs in France" award.

Among other things, Thibault has carried out consultancy and training assignments in the events sector. Thibault is a major asset in bringing vision to all your projects.
