Cyril, who is passionate about the hotel business, focuses above all on human values.

Driven by numbers, performance and innovation, Cyril created the "Revenue Management Operations" department of the Louvre Hotels group, managing up to 1,100 hotels in over 50 countries. Seeking new challenges, he created Cydel Consulting in 2011 to help all types of structure optimize their performance and organization.

Among other things, he worked with the Vacanceselect group and its 300 campsites as Director of Revenue Management for 2 seasons. At the same time, Cyril is developing a hotel concept which will see the light of day in March 2022.

Léa BUREL • F&B Specialist
• Co-founder of Tutoreca


A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse in International Hotel and F&B Management, Léa spent 12 years in Asia, working for some of the region's finest hotels. From Vietnam to Malaysia, via Singapore and China, Léa quickly climbed the ranks to become one of the youngest F&B Managers in the prestigious Hyatt group.

Thanks to her adaptability, international vision and ability to pass on her knowledge, she has trained over 300 employees in the course of her career, leading them to excellence.
In this way, Léa has contributed to raising Le Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi to the number one position in the Sofitel LRA world rankings, thanks to the assiduous training carried out with her teams. Léa also helped to elevate Park Hyatt Sanya to the brand's world number one ranking in terms of customer satisfaction, as well as F&B to the brand's world number five ranking in 2017.

Thibault SOUCHON • F&B Specialist

Thibault played a key role in the opening of Pierre Gagnaire's Seoul restaurant (2 Michelin stars) before becoming F&B Director at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi in Vietnam. This rich experience gained in Asia prompted Thibault to continue his F&B journey in Europe, and on his own, where he launched his Origines restaurant in 2019. This highly acclaimed opening won the "Tremplin de l'année - top 5 best first openings by Chefs in France" award. Among other things, Thibault has led consultancy and training missions for events. Thibault is a major asset in bringing vision to all your projects.
